Drs Sebastian DACKPA and IONE from the Association of Medical Health Programs in the Central African Republic (ASSOMESCA) conducted a study trip in Rwanda from 19 to 28 September 2010.
The purpose of their mission was to visit HDP’s Catchment Area, namely Rusizi and Nyamasheke, two Districts located in the Western Province, to enquire about the progress of mutual health insurance schemes (MUSA in French acronym), community PBF and PBF clinics.
During their trip, they discussed with different stakeholders in the health system, among whom the Mayors at the helm of both districts.
